A Short Update (May 15, 2025)

Hello everyone, it's been a while!

I'll get straight to the point: I'm here to announce that the next chapter of Lizzie will be coming in the first half of June! 

Im sorry it's been so long. Along with it, I plan to share a bit about what's been going on in the past year, and why this chapter took so long, as well as some plans for the future.

I promise that Lizzie will reach a - hopefully satisfying - conclusion. We are closer than perhaps people realize, and while I'm not sure I can do the story justice, I can at least promise that it won't just become another abandoned online story. The remainder of the story is fleshed out (at least in my head), and it's just about working it onto paper.

Some of you may be wondering why I'm announcing this early. There are a few reasons:

• The first and most important reason is because I know my readers have still been patiently waiting, and while I haven't been the best at providing constant updates, I want to make sure you all aren't waiting blindly.

• Furthermore, it serves as motivation for myself, to make sure I stay on top of things and stop dragging it out further. That being said, I may still delay the release slightly if I feel like I need just a bit more time to tweak it to my liking.

• Finally, since it's been so long, I wanted to give people a chance to reread chapters if they wanted to in preparation for the final arc. 

I apologize that it's been so long, but for those out there who keep checking back once in a while, I hope this is news you can look forward to. I am anxious to hear what you all think about the upcoming chapters, and I just hope that you all will enjoy them!

While I don't know how many of you are still waiting, I appreciate all of you that are. You all have been super supportive and kind despite the long hiatus. I appreciate you!
